Afterschool Programs
Lincoln After School Program

(grades K-6)
Our program provides a safe and nurturing environment for your child after school. The program focuses on reading and fluency development, as well as active play. The program meets Monday-Friday from 3p-5:30p. Lincoln

Youth Center

(grades 6-8)
The Youth Center, at the Maple Branch offers older kids who may not be ready to stay home alone or want to hang out with friends after school, a fun and supervised environment. Activities available include Wii games, foosball and other table top games and sports. The Youth Center also offers a computer lab and homework space, special events, and a healthy option snack bar. The Youth Center is open Monday-Friday from 2:30p-5:30p.  It opens September 8th.

Youth in Community

(ages 6-12)
Students, come and take advantage of an opportunity to work on issues in your community through hands-on participation, and learn how our state government works. Improve your leadership and communication skills, travel to our Capitol, role play as the legislature, write a bill, and debate your position in this fun, educational and unique experience. There is limited space. Maple

Healthy Kids University

A great program for kids ages 6-10 to meet friends, get active and have fun while parents do the same. Healthy Kids University meets early evenings during the school year at both the Maple and Portage Branches. Come for the entire time or part of it. Activities vary by day and location. This is free to youth members.
