Cardio 'N Tone Beginner Level Intermediate Level

Using different interval formats in each class, you will perform cardiovascular fitness and strength training designed in a way to cause a cross training effect on your body.

An intense cardiovascular workout using a combination of cardio techniques.

Introduction to Raquetball Workshops

SilverSneakers - YogaStretch Beginner Level Intermediate Level Advanced Level Active Older Adult

Blend three yoga styles creating harmony of movement for the whole body. Performed from a seated and/or standing position. YogaStretch is designed to increase muscular endurance, flexibility and balance thus improving an individual’s sense of well being. A chair is used for support and exercises. Mats are not used.

A fantastic fat-burning, high-intensity, low-impact workout using the Reebok step. Muscle strengthening/resistance work also included.

Program designed to improve cardiovascular conditioning, build stamina & take your workout to the next level. Strong inspirational instructors will take you through all aspects of tri-training - 30 min. each-swim, bike, run.

ZUMBA is a dynamic, exciting, and easy to follow dance based fitness system designed for everyone! This fun workout fuses Latin rhythms with international music themes.

Cardio Splash

Moderate-high intensity. This class includes strengthening and toning along with improving balance, coordination and flexibility, and increasing your cardio respiratory system. Large pool.

Low Impact Water Exercise

A lively paced program designed to improve your cardiovascular system. Muscle strength, flexibility and tone while avoiding wear and tear on your joints. No swimming ability required.

Water Fitness Orientation

This one time 45 minute water orientation and personal goal setting is highly recommended for anyone who has not previously taken a high level water fitness class. You will be orientated on all basic water fitness moves, use of water exercise equipment, and safety guidelines. The instructor will help choose the best class for you.

Water Walking/Jogging

High intensity.
Strengthen, tone, increase flexibility and improve your cardiovascular fitness while walking or jogging in the water. Avoids wear and tear on the joints.
