Let's Lose More!New!
This is the second part of the weight loss program. It begins with a re-assessment and goal setting session for taking your program and wellness to the next level. It will follow the same protocol of the Let's Lose! Program and will require a minimum of 200 exercise minutes per week.
This program is part one of two that focuses on the holistic approach to weight loss. Participants work on individual goals, as well as, interaction with the other participants at weekly meetings. There are three main components to part one; food, exercise, and supportive environment. The program will consist of a minimum of 150 minutes of exercise per week.
