FULL ACCESS LOCKER ROOM:
We are excited to announce that on Monday, June 11, we will begin the renovations to the Full Access Locker Room. While this will mean temporarily closing the space for part of the summer, the new renovations will provide a much better experience for our members for years to come.
Who will be affected most by the full access locker room closure?
Adult members who bring a child of the opposite sex that is over the age of 7, because they will not be able to access a locker room together. During the construction of the men's and women's locker rooms will be available but children over the age of 7 must use the locker room of their gender. As an alternative, we recommend that families affected by the closure of the full access locker room bring their children 7 and up to the Y for swim classes with their swimsuits on and ready to swim.
How can I enter the pool with my child of the opposite sex?
If you need to access the pool and cannot use the same locker room as your child we recommend you enter through the Aquatics Office.
What do I do if I need special accommodations?
The special needs restroom (located off of the pool deck) will be available for your child to change into street clothes after swim class. However, there is only one room so space is limited.
