It's back! We're happy to announce that a favorite event is returning to the Y at Maple  -- National Senior Health and Fitness Day. Mark your calendars for Wednesday, May 29 for an afternoon of programming, vendor interaction, and activities geared toward the healthy aging.  It's FREE and open to the public. Regardless of where you are in your healthy living journey, whether you've been a lifetime health seeker or just getting started (because it's never too late!) you should be at the Y for this event.
