Ericia Moore, President & CEO of the YMCA of Greater Kalamazoo recently announced a leadership restructuring effective October1, 2026. 

To strengthen the organization and prepare for the future, a Senior Leadership Team has been established:

  • Ericia Moore, President & CEO
  • Rhonda Ludwig, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
  • Debra Walsh, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Human Resources Officer (CFO/CHRO)

Rhonda Ludwig and Debra Walsh report to Ericia Moore. 

 

Rhonda Ludwig, COO: will continue to lead Membership and Fund Development, with the following areas also reporting to Rhonda:

  • Custodial and Maintenance
  • VP of Assessment and Continuous Improvement
  • VP of Youth Development and Grants
  • VP of Operations

Debra Walsh, CFO/CHRO: will continue to lead:

  • Human Resources
  • Payroll
  • Accounting
  • Information Technology (IT)
  • Risk Management
