Effective July 1st, 2023, the Ys at Maple and Portage will implement a new policy regarding member scan cards and access to the Y.
For the safety of all of our Members, each Member must check-in using a scan card or scan code from the Motionvibe app on the Member’s phone. Each individual person on an account will receive one unique scan card. If it is lost, a one-time replacement will be issued as a courtesy at no cost. If the second card (or subsequent card) is lost, a replacement fee of $5 will be charged per card to the member's account. All persons must have a scan card to enter into the Y facility.
