We are using software technology called MOTION VIBE to reserve time for lap swim lanes, pool time, and group exercise classes.  

ATTENTION NEW MEMBERS! If you are registering online, please visit either of our locations to complete the final steps in the Membership registration process - membership photo for all members on your membership, membership cards, and receive your barcode number for MotionVibe.  Please have a picture ID with you for anyone age 16 or above on the membership.

  • Create your account/profile. 
  • You will need your YMCA Member ID code (found on your membership card, unless you are a Silver Sneakers or Prime member, in which case, please call us so we can give you your member number.)

ONCE YOU ARE IN MOTION VIBE:

After signing in, the app will bring you to the CLUB MENU home screen. On this screen, you will see three main boxes; FITNESS (picture of a spin class), AQUATICS (picture of a swimmer in water), and KIDS ZONE (with a picture of children).

To register for - Equipment Orientations or Group Classes

  1. From the CLUB MENU screen, tap the “FITNESS” box.
  2. Press white arrows at the top of the screen, on either side of the date, until you land on the day you want.
  3. Scroll until you see the activity you are looking for.
    1. BodyCombat, Group Cycling, Zumba, Silver Sneakers, etc. - Group fitness classes run by an instructor
    Equipment Orientation - A YMCA fitness staff will give you an orientation on YMCA equipment and operation
  4. If there is room on the roster, press the green “REGISTER” button.
    1. If all spots are taken, it will say “FULL” and you will not be able to register for that time.
  5. After registration, a confirmation window will pop up, and the green “REGISTER” will turn into a yellow “UNREGISTER”.
    1. Use this confirmation window to double-check that you:
      1. Signed up for the correct activity
      2. Signed up for the correct time
      3. Know where the activity is taking place

**To unregister for an activity, tap the yellow “UNREGISTER” button.

ATTENTION: Registration for fitness activities opens at 7AM the day before.

 

To register for – Lap lanes, Family Swim, or another aquatic activity

  1. From the CLUB MENU screen, tap the “AQUATICS” box.
  2. Press white arrows at the top of the screen, on either side of the date, until you land on the day you want.
  3. Scroll until you see the activity you are looking for.
    1. Lap Lane – this lane will be reserved strictly for you. You may invite another member swimmer to share the lane with you, if you desire.
    2. SHARED Lap Lane - You will be required to share a lane with another member; whomever also registers for that same time slot.
  4. If there are spots open, press the green “REGISTER” button.
    1. If all spots are taken, it will say “FULL” and you will not be able to register for that time.
  5. After registration, a confirmation window will pop up, and the green “REGISTER” will turn into a yellow “UNREGISTER”.
    1. Use this confirmation window to double-check that you:
      1. Signed up for the correct activity
      2. Signed up for the correct time
      3. Know where the activity is taking place

**To unregister for an activity, tap the yellow “UNREGISTER” button

ATTENTION: registration for lap lanes opens the day before and in staggered times

AT 5AM- Timeslots for 6am and 7am will open

AT 7AM- Timeslots for 8am, 9am, 10am, and 11am will open

AT 9AM- Timeslots for noon and beyond will open
